I’m in a Foster Home
Hello! My name is Harry and I am an old soul in a youthful body! I LOVE going on walks and a nice goof-off at the dog park. In day-to-day life, I am very laid-back and loyal. I will want to be by your side and tag-along to know what's going on in your world - you need a sidekick, don't you?? I love to cuddle and will paw and nudge at you to let you know that I am wanting your attention - isn't that the cutest?! Did you know that napping strengthens the human bond with pets? I am no exception to that rule! My foster mom says that I am cuddly, would do well with another dog and/or a in a home where a family member works from home or wants to take me with them. Sometimes I am so quiet, you will forget I am near you. As many hounds are known to do, I am not beyond counter-surfing, rifling through a trash can and getting overly zealous about treats (drop the treat low and make me arch my neck, then I wont snap at it). I prance happily when you feed me, too. Walks are busy for me, I weave and sniff and get REALLY excited about small wildlife critters! Don't let my "sad hound" and "pound puppy" face deceive you - I am happy & sweet and look forward to joining your adventures! If you would like to meet with me, please contact the foster department at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know you'd love to meet! My adoption fee includes my spay or neuter surgery, initial vaccinations, a bag of Purina Pro Plan food, a microchip and a voucher for a free veterinary office visit.
