This talkative fellow may only have three legs, but it doesn’t slow him down at all! Chatters can be a bit of a conflicted soul and greatly appreciates being able to approach on his terms. However, when his boundaries are respected, he does show off a major sweet side. In the shelter, this has come in the form of nice head-butts and purrs, and his former foster parent reported that he’s prone to hop in the laps of people who have earned his trust. Chatters is available for adoption to a family with kids aged 10+ or no kids at this time.
