Handsome fella! Hashbrown’s previous family noted he enjoys long walks, hikes, and playing with canine friends.
Hashbrown at home when with his family is a happy fella, and we’re excited for him to have that experience again! Change has been hard for him, though, and while weathering little stressors at home when life is generally good is no big deal, the many changes and stressors of the shelter are not rolling off as easily.
Hashbrown has been at his most relaxed with the volunteers he’s gotten to know well, walking comfortably at their side and enjoying petting and affection once that trust is built.
Invest some time in Hashbrown, and we anticipate he’ll have a smile back on his face before you know it! Another dog friend is likely to make his transition more comfortable and more fun, and he is seeking a family with children over the age of 10 or without children at this time.
