Big dog lovers, Maximus is quite the hunk! Previously successful with other dogs his size and reportedly fond of older children, Maximus sometimes needs a bit of help relaxing around a physically intimidating stranger but is quickly set at ease with a gentle voice and tasty treat. While he has spent time with older children, Maximus can find younger children to be a bit overwhelming so at this time FAS will only rehome to families with children aged 10 years and older.
Newly a one-eyed wonder, Maximus is adjusting well to his new reality and will benefit from a family that is considerate of his blind side as he navigates new relationships and a new routine.
