Tic Tac originally arrived at FAS as an undersocialized kitten, and her minimal experience with humans during her first few months of life has resulted in some shyness and insecurity when interacting with new people and situations. Though she can get overwhelmed by lots of handling at this time, when comfortable, she flops into pets and purrs. Her ideal adopters will be patient in developing a trusting relationship as she adjusts to the home. With gentle support, we anticipate her displays of affection and trust with people, and her true playful “kittenness,” will continue to emerge. At this time, Tic Tac is available to families with kids aged 10+ or no kids and is recommended for a single-pet home.
