Meet his chunky cheeked cuteness, Goose. Goose has been seen around a local neighborhood for quite some time and a good Samaritan was able to bring him to our shelter for safe keeping. In his time here with us we’ve come to realize that this little fella loves to have his chin and cheeks scratched and will ask for attention by rubbing along his kennel door and falling into offered hands. I bet Goose would love a family that can embrace his need for exploration but able to do so in a safe and thoughtful manner, maybe an enclosed catio? This fella also loves to perch on shelves and may enjoy a window perch at a window for extra mental stimulation and enrichment. Goose is recommended for a family with older or no children and without other cats at this time.
