Each year, the people of Colorado unite during the Colorado Gives Day season with a shared common purpose: to elevate their community and neighbors by fueling the efforts of nonprofits that work to make meaningful change. Every day, as Jefferson County’s only open-admission animal shelter, Foothills Animal Shelter works to make life better for pets and people. Your support of Foothills Animal Shelter throughout Gives Day strengthens our animal care programs, provides veterinary care, and keeps pets with their families.

- The biggest online giving event in Colorado! This year, the Colorado Gives Day season starts November 1 and concludes at midnight on December 9! You can donate any time during that window. Plus, thanks to MetLife Pet Insurance, all gifts are matched up to $40,000!
How do I support Foothills during Colorado Gives Day?
- Donate online by midnight on December 9 to have a lifesaving impact!
- The online donation platform accepts credit cards, bank account transfers, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
