Join us at a special Sunday low-cost Vaccine Clinic on Sunday, May 31 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Foothills Animal Shelter, 580 McIntyre St., Golden, CO 80401.

• Rabies vaccine: $25
• Bordetella vaccine: $25
• Distemper/Parvo vaccine: $25
• Panleukopenia vaccine: $25
• Dewormer: $10
• Microchip ID: $35
• Jefferson County pet licensing*: $20

*Please note, licenses are required for all dogs 4 months and older within unincorporated Jefferson County and the cities of Arvada, Edgewater, Golden, Lakewood, and Wheat Ridge. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required when renewing your license.

GOOD TO KNOW

• We will start vaccinating at 2:00pm. Please do not arrive early, as it increases line traffic.
• If you would like a three-year vaccine administered, we do need to see a copy of your pet’s records. Otherwise, proof of vaccines is not required. We can look up previous vaccinations received at our facility, but it is a much quicker process if you have the records readily available.
• Please make sure your dog is on a leash. You will accompany your dog into the vaccination room where staff will vaccinate your dog and provide you with your paperwork.
• Please make sure your cat is in a carrier.
• You do not need to be a resident of Jefferson County nor do you need to provide any proof of income or identification for your pet to receive vaccinations.
• We accept credit cards (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash only. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks or Care Credit.
• Our check-in and payment process is entirely outdoors. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather!
