This stunning, blue-eyed lady arrived at FAS quite stressed and shut down. In her former home, Baby was reportedly quite shy with strangers but enjoyed chatting with her familiar caregivers and playing with laser pointers. To give her a break from the overwhelming shelter environment, Baby is currently hanging out in one of our foster homes. Her foster parent reports that, though she has needed some time to warm up, Baby has rewarded the patience in befriending with increasingly sociable behavior and has been known to hop on her foster mom’s lap. Both in foster and in her former home, Baby has lived successfully with other cats who were welcoming toward her. Her ideal adopter will understand that gaining her trust may be a slow (but rewarding!) process. For her comfort, Baby is available to families with no kids or kids aged 10+.
