Pretty girl in need of a bestie! Inclined to be playful, Shelby will appreciate an active family and is ready to join you on your summer adventures.
Our volunteers say her eyes light up the moment she spots a ball, and she’ll happily dash across the yard to bring it right back for another round. Fetch is her love language, and she plays with joyful enthusiasm. On walks, Shelby checks in, staying attentive to her handler. She sits politely for treats, takes them gently, and leans in for soft petting.
Due to guarding behavior around her food bowl FAS will only rehome to a family with children aged 10 or older at this time, and if considered for a multi-dog home, thoughtful management in the home environment may be necessary during meal times.
