This sweet girl is the perfect mix of calm and curious. Whether she’s lounging by your side or joining you on a peaceful walk, Penelope is just happy to be with her people. She’s gentle, affectionate, and always ready for some quiet companionship. If she could talk, we’d love to hear about her life before she came to Foothills as a stray.
Our volunteers think that Penelope is a great dog who makes good connections with them and is great to interact with. She easy to leash up, walks calmly, sits politely for treats, and loves to play “find it” for treats. We think her favorite hobbies are having her butt rubbed and rolling in the grass.
